Shipping is free on all orders over $200.
Most small items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Barrie, ON and ship within 3 business days.
Standard items eligible for free shipping include items such as bedding, linens, pillows, books, candles, tabletop, small lighting, bath and body, accents and accessories. Any large or fragile items are excluded from this offer.
Large and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall decor are available on our online shop and catalogue for order with in-store pick up only. This will be indicated within the product details. Please contact us if you have any questions.
If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items such as wall art and furniture to be delivered to your address. Please contact us for custom delivery pricing.
At Willow Lane Interiors, we have taken much care and consideration in the brands with which we have aligned ourselves, and select the best method to get our products quickly and safely to your home. While we do stock most of our smaller items, many of the items we offer are either made to order or ship to you directly from our suppliers across Canada and the United States. This method allows us to offer the most competitive prices. Please note that stock levels are not noted on our website. If the item that you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted and provided with an estimated lead time. To check if the item you'd like to purchase is in stock, please call us at 705-721-7470 prior to purchasing.
Possible Shipping Delays
Some of our suppliers are experiencing lower than normal stock levels & shipping delays due to COVID-19. We will notify you of any expected delays within 72 hours of your purchase, and will do our best to update you throughout the fulfillment process. If you decide you don't want to wait for the out of stock item after being notified of the delay, we are able to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Alternatively, we can suggest a similar item for replacement or provide a store credit.
Local Barrie Pickup
We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. This is typically within 3 business days. Please do not come to pick up your order unless you have received a notification that your order is ready. Please come into our store at 104 Park Place Blvd to pickup your order.
Standard Shipping Within Canada
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. Depending on the supplier and your location, your order will ship via Canada Post, Fedex, UPS or other third party carriers. For larger items, your products will often be delivered by a local delivery carrier in your area. If your order includes multiple products from multiple manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.
White glove service is available for local purchases only at this time. This includes the Barrie area, but does extend to Toronto, the GTA and most of cottage country. Should you require white glove delivery for your purchase, please send us an email prior to ordering to receive a detailed quote. This service includes unpacking, minor assembly and removal of debris. Please contact us with any questions.
Delivery to remote or rural parts of Canada may include additional charges that are not calculated during your original online purchase. Should there be an additional shipping charge due to your location, Willow Lane Interiors will notify you of the cost prior to processing your payment and ensure you want to proceed.
PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Some items are already in stock in our local Barrie warehouse, while others are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently. In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within 72 hours of placing your order with the expected lead time and our delivery plans. If an item is out of stock you will have the option to cancel your order at that time.
Please note that lead times are best estimates only. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability. Delays due to production and shipping on behalf of the manufacturer are out of our control. We will try our best to keep you informed of all delays.
We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
You are required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s), especially if the damage appears severe. Please note that freight carriers will deny any damage claims if it is not noted on the delivery waybill at the time of delivery, before the carrier leaves.
Please note that for items that include free shipping, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on returns that are not damaged or incorrect. We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs should an item be returned. Please see our return policy for more information.
